Your order should be at your door within 3-4 business days of your order confirmation. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location. Once your order is ready for delivery our team will call to verify address and perfect time to have your item delivered.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Hope Water purchase, please return it and we will refund your order.

Email [email protected] within 2 days of the delivery date Include your order number and “RETURN” in the email subject line We will contact you to collect all pick up information and upon receiving your return, your original payment method will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping fee.
DEFECTS
In the rare case your order has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace the items free of charge. Here is what to do:
